as vettori can only contain runs an not pick up wickets v hav 2 back wit another good spinner to keep both t ends tight
for ex if vettori has given only 7 runs in t over an t nxt over is given 2 mithun he gives 20 runs away…so thr is no pressure being built…

mumbai hav a problem wit thr openin so tradin luke pommersback to ali muetuza,tare/satish/suman,wont b a bad idea as t slot of spinner

4.KOLKATA will also b lookim for improving thr battin ,would b useful to get bhatia/balaji…dont 4get balaji is a very good dept bowler an

so pujara an kaif for rp singh will b t best deal as for me.. as rp is a very good bowler

I dont like this trading. CSK proved why they are powerful as they had the same team.

csk were strong in the papers, and as everyone predicted rcb heavily dependent on gayle, now its time to get good bats man too .. only gayle , virat and ab will not win you games

the problem in our battin was tht t middle order wasnt exposed,t bulk of t scorin was done by gayle an kholi nearly 75% of t runs….......
wat thy should hav done is sent in tiwary at 3 in some matches an ab should hav been given more time in t middle….

guys no need for chipping and chopping after ever loss , thats the reason team is not stable , when player r in constant fear of getting judged n traded like cattle they wont feel as professional handling , , remember we got the team( infact almost all franchise got the team) just clicking need to happen .
hidden management from owners n onlooker create the environment for good performance. if we dont have an environment for allowing failure then forgot abt creating a great team, remember how ever good he will have bad patch u cant keep on trade, we shud also give something for player dont treat them like wish giving machine, one sided affair, they dont need to alwys feeding our wish (they wil try for sure) but not lets not act like gladiator crowd n show thumbs down,lets not be so rude n create bad environment.

i guess thats the difeence between csk and rest they respect their players n give a profesinal environment , less or no fear of failure.Remeber when csk lost in semifinal all players are over whelmed by the speech given by their owner(srinivasan) i heard it was something like he is so proud to have men like them playing for his franchise. thats wat create free n profesional environment. they understand the mechanism of player cycle(performance peak n low and wat environment change it) and if u give them confidence and fundamental understanding of how a player performance changes in various circumstances, its creates cradle for great performance, thats what dhoni does to his team mates be it any team, he understand the natural player mechanics(wat goes thru a player wen in bad patch what will improve it, freedom,respect will definitely make a player to recover quickly, after all all at this level r professional they need right mindset n environment, not cricketing skill).

also remember wen ipl began no one knows the name of ashwin, vijay even badri, jakati that much all of them blossomed in this environment to full potential only ipl did it their captain n team environment did it, so lets not go for big name this name that name all are profesional, once we got a team lets stick with them , rcb our team has taken us this far, yet we are cruel enough to say get out for few of our dedicated players ??? is it fair???,if our management does wat kind of signal it will give to currently performing player(fear of failure) hence they too will become bad wen they performance cycle hit low and all we cry foul mouth at them.

player performance will defiently go down n up(cycle) hence lets create an environment where he feels confiedence n can recover quick n feel happy to play with thats wat dhoni n csk management do to their player.

remember our present hero gayle was given up by kkr just bcos he didnt perform in lass 3!! years… our tiwary was payed huge cost of his performance last year.. if we trade him is he( and can perform next season) then wat wil we do??

AB devilliers, Kohli, Gayle and even Pomersbach are as talented as you come across and also have been committed to the team. This commitment shows on the field. This is what that has to be respected. The person with least commitment(and least talent) is really Saurabh Tiwary who was/is no more than a slogger. Its not just he failed in batting but really there was no commitment from him while fielding. Look at the various match highlights and you will know. I know no team will take him but if at all trading has to be done, it is his..plus it will save a fortune for Vijay Mallya.

Is he non commited??? realy , he is young up coming player , his profession is cricket will he be non commited?.... we know he has be taken with huge sum in tifht fought auction why everyone ready to pay him? this much? for lack of commitement ? no he was performing good last season and shown lots of potential…

but why is he non comiited this season ? is he so careless abt his life n career at this age???  or is it our perception of his bad patch as seen as non commitment???

see what u have mentioned we have paid him soo much and tell him now play..  mm defeitly the pressure of being high n not performing will be more in him dont u agree???

so when a player naturaly goes to low peak of his form team n environment need to help him out instead if we mount pressure n judgin him as non comiited(which im sure no young criceter wud be) makes his case very bad if team captian make sure not too feel presure of hig pay n stuff( i dont know wat was talked to him during this ipl by coach n captian) but this wat i ment by creating professional environment not judgemental gladiator audience areana….
