RCB bowling hasn’t be upto the mark in the tournament.The best bowler in our team in our own captain Dan and the second best so far was Syed.But unfortunately Syed is being injured and it’s a tough luck for RCB.Nannes our spearhead bowler is not in the best of shape and Aravind going for a lot of runs.So at the moment bowling is a weak link and we need to improve a lot on it.
Malinga,a nightmare for the best of the batsman is very difficult to play.But there’s a solution to every problem and working on it.
Adopt McCullum’s technique to play Malinga:In IPL 4 where Kochi Tuskers Kerala wanted to open their account against the mighty Mumbai Indians chasing a 180+ total against bowlers like Malinga,Harbhajan,Munaf Patel etc.after a fabulous innings by our Master Blaster Sachin’s 100,
McCullum began in a flying manner.He played Malinga so better that each bounday costed a lot to Mumbai Indians.He stood on frontfoot and hit every yorker to cver region for a boundary.Ultimately his 88 costed the opposition a lot and after his fall Jadeja sealed the match home for Kochi Tuskers Kerala.
If a batsman finds it difficult to play Malinga,then I think it would be better to defend it and keep playing simple cricket and hit other bowlers for runs.
