Everyone is talking about foreign players.  Philander is an underrated player, we should take him he is a good allrounder.

I feel Indian allrounders are the key with one more good spinner (may be Ojha/Jakati on transfers). 

Keep an eye on Laxmi shukla and try to get binny back.  He didnt get many chances in RR, but should be in RCB as a local boy.

Binny was offered a contract but he refused to sign I reckon.He said that chances in RCB are minimal as compared to chances in RR.
We should try to get Bharat Chipli from DC back to RCB.
Philander may be a good buy but he is not as effective in T20s as in tests.
We should get Hodge for TM Dilshan who could play the role of a finisher and either Doug Bracewell or Roelof van der Merwe for Luke Pomersbach.
