50%chances , filling foreign slot a major concern for RCB :(  dirk nannes,muralitharan,mcdonald,vettori,dilshan,gayle these many players will bowl ,i’ve included part time bolwers !!  starc base price will be more , he’s in good form , i think it’s better not to pick him.. we can trade for any foreign player if it happens

Lets wait for the players pool.Starc is a good show with both bat and ball but lets see.Because he leaks runs like a broken iron pipe in T20s.
