HI RCBIANS !! IT’S BEEN A MONTH WE REDEEMED MERCHANDISE AND WERE WONDERING WHETHER THOSE WILL COME TO US OR NOT IS IT ???
I GOT A CALL JUST NOW (7:00 PM) FROM RCB SIDE AND THEY TOLD THEY’L BE SENDING MY MERCHANDISE VERY SOON , THEY ASKED MY ADDRESS TO CONFIRM AND I DID IT.
I ASKED WHEN , THEY SAID VERY SOON   .
ATLEAST NOW I’M HAPPY THAT SOME RESPONSE CAME FROM RCB SIDE ,
SO WHO ELSE GOT THIS TYPE OF CALL OR HAS THE REWARD BEEN REACHED TO U ??

@nithin : even i redeemed on the same day when the reward section was open , forget that , u might get a call at any time . u’ve to take a pledge in rcb go green section if u use water heater,solar bike,car etc
