Well being in a haste last time,I haven’t elaborated on the players correctly.
Now according to the ongoing matches, whether international,or domestic,a player is tested with his consistency, adaptations at different turfs and temperament for the big league. But one can’t assure regarding the form,it comes and goes within a particular limit. If we consider the ongoing cricketing season all around the world, our RCB franchise should emphasize on small, effective names rather than big stars.
RCB has always been short of an all-rounder or a bowling all-rounder after IPL 3.
So according to me,RCB radar should be on the above players and make sure we get few of them.

1.Thisara Perera(Dangerous batsman lower down the order and useful bowler)
2.Davy Jacobs(Strengthen the bench and cover up for wicket-keeper crisis in our team)
3.Vernon Philander(Under-rated bowling all-rounder)
4.Pankaj Singh(One of the most consistent bowler in the domestic circuit)
5.Abhinav Mukund/Venugopal Rao(Indian batsmen)
6.Aaron Finch(Excellent hitter of spin and a dynamic fielder, even a century under his belt in the ongoing BBL)
7.VVS Laxman(Many might not agree as a player but coaching could be done effectively and efficiently)
The point of grabing VVS Laxman as a coach can help youngsters in the team like Saurabh Tiwary,Pujara, etc. who feel uneasy to communicate in English with fellow coaches in our team(I know language is not a barrier in our team but still things might be better if we hire an Indian coach)and even getting something to learn from the experienced campaigner.
Now the reason for not including bigger names like Steve Smith,Afridi,Akmal brothers, etc. being a simple one.Why should we invest so much on big players just for the sake of one year? And even the foreigners slot are mostly occupied by Gayle,AB and the remaining will go in favour of either Dan or Murali and the last one for he courtesy of Dilshan, who is an experienced campaigner. So no need of big foreigners.
We should neither go for England nor Pakistan players, because of their international circuit during the season progress.
In the trading window,if possible,we should give out Dilshan and either get JP Duminy or Cameron White, only if Hyderabad franchise agrees to do so.
Trading has always done better for our sake.Uthappa,Manish Pandey,McDonald and even this time it could do some wonders for RCB.

Any suggestions,please do post.
Cheers!!!

We received Uthappa and Manish Pandey via trade in IPL 2009 from Mumbai Indians and both did wonders for us.
We received McDonald from Delhi Daredevils last year and even he played well in the given chances.
In short I mean that trading has always done better for us.So we should look ahead of trading window and get some players.

Even Chennai Super Kings have left out Sudeep Tyagi.Could be a good option as well on his day.
