he is a better opener than sriram on any given day. when ever we r chasing huge targets or wanting to set big targets v need a good start as u can c in the poll kallis n pandey r our best opening pair with right mix of class and aggression, moreover if u want a spinner y not ply appanna in place of praveen kumar and if u want a pace bowler replace him with mithun .our batting is really strong enough so v dont need one more in form of sriram who can bat a bit n bowl a bit….........so guys plz tell me yes or no

Manish is any day a better opener than Sriram. But Sriram gives d necessary balance to the team. we cant go in with just 5 bowlers. Its normal that one of the bowlers has an off day. Than Sriram’s left armers can come in handy. Remember the pitches are getting slower and slower day by day. So more the options better it is for us.Cricket is about the team and not individuals and Manish would definitely take it in the right spirit. RCB indeed has an embarrassment of riches in both local and foreign players.

We shouldn’t judge Sriram by just one performance….he is contribution was crucial at that stage….

And we need a sixth bowler who can bat!!!

Sriram was a seasoned opener during his heyday for TN for a long time….he needs to be given another opportunity!!!!

I think sriram is not fit for T20 format.Its better to have manish as opener for rcb

v already hav cameron white,an international level all rounder,as back up for tht n Virat Kohli can chip in as well thn wht’s the need of upsetting our best openers .................

i agree wth u but last time whn v chngd our openers we dint even get 150 so…......

bring back pandey,, sriram not required… is just put pressure on other player by wasting balls

manish pandey has to come back….he is a very good opener,although he hasn’t played that well in the previous couple of matches…
sriram is no way better than pandey…..Kevin Pieterson should also be replaced by mark boucher,our very own wicket keeper…

Manish should replace sriram . He has proved to be the best opener for RCB in this yr’s IPL. Sriram slowed down the game . It’‘s important to have good runs on the board ie atleast around 60-70   in the first six overs.
