Well I Think first thing would be choosing a team with complete balance in terms of Batting,bowling And Experience too!!! Also The Most important thing would be Consistency,no matter how great player he is,his form would be the most important one for selection criteria and Communication within team is very important But we are great in it!!

Choose players whom RCB really need
Like a slog over bowler
middle order batsman
and so on..

Venugopal Rao ‘m sure ‘ll be paid more i don’t think we should go with him afta all we don’t have much money left so some foreign Player r needed coz we have les foreign player
