They mite make this an issue n force the change of name. Do u guys see this coming? Will this happen? Are u guys ok wid it if it happens someday?

Bengaluru itself is a truncated form of the real name which is “Benda Kaluru”. Royal Challengers Benda Kaluru - haha funny name. Thirumalasetti Suman is easy to pronounce for the westerners compared to Benda Kaluru, I would say….

Name should be “ROYAL CHALLENGERS BENGALURU”.

It should be Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

Royal Challengers Bangalore sounds cool.

I heard the name as Royal Challengers Bengaluru by some commentators the other day and it sounded good in fact great and I don’t see any harm in changing the name as we Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai and not Calcutta, Bombay, Madras.

We have fans all over the country who might feel and think we are doing this to develop regionalism, please don’t think that way as we are thinking the same.
