Massive Tree planting Drive at AIT..!

Adichunchunagiri Institute of Technology (AIT) at Chikmagalur has been a massive supporter of RCB’s Tree Planting drive in terms of numbers!!
3000 saplings were provided by RCB to the college last week!! The RCB van ( quite heavily laden with the saplings) carried 9 different varieties of tree saplings to the campus-flowering varieties, fruiting varieties and several varieties with thick foliage..
Amla, Naval, Tebubuia, Singapore cherry, Mango, Melia dupia, Shiveni, Gulmohar and Tamarind were the varieties of trees.
It was beautiful to see all the saplings arranged neatly in rows and waiting to be planted…
We thank the principal of AIT for the efforts that he has put to increase the green cover of his college. We look forward to visiting many more institutions, and painting them green as we go by..
