A look at the BMTC website will show some really impressive data. The city buses covers around 79,000 trips to envelop 12.99 lakh daily service
kilometers helping over 42.66 lakh people commute from one place to other. Now ain’t that Admiring!!!
The city bus network in Bangalore city is really top class and has a great reach, connecting even the faraway locations. All you need to do is to reach Majestic bus stand and you can be rest assured that most certainly you will find a bus waiting to take you anywhere in the city.
Bus Travel for me is easily the coolest way to go around in the city. One of the best and simplest things anyone can do to reduce the climate mitigation is to keep their cars parked at home whenever possible and take a bus rather. Imagine the traffic on our roads even if half of the 42.66 lakh people who takes a bus daily on an average where in their cars driving alone.
My own study tells me that my savings have gone a notch high since I have started taking the bus on a regular basis. It is a great way to get “More Hours” in the day, read a book or take a nap while your bus takes you to your destination. Take a bus to travel safe and smart.
One of the unique opportunities, that comes with traveling by bus is a chance to meet and observe people around you and you never know that you may end up being friends, something that will never happen traveling in a car alone
So RCBians If you wish to reduce traffic congestion, cut down on carbon emissions, and make our Garden city less automobile-dependent? Then it's time to get on the bus.
If you already take a bus, then cheers to you, or else make a good start by taking a bus on Bus on ‘Bus-Day’ tomorrow. A visit to Banerghatta National Park on a Sunday afternoon is a good option
