As we know 3rd phase is last semifinal stage and for 3rd place. lets divided the 3rd phase into 2 parts part A and part B. lets review part A,having match with MUMBAI INDIANS,It was do or die situation for both teams,team was expected to do simple things when on field like maintaining constant pressure by keep run rate high while batted 2nd which was not done,the run rate kept on decreasing so pressure mounted up, very important thing is while bowling last five overs,the bowling department lacked fire play, they didn't even went for yorkers which MUMBAI INDIANS did, giving 72 runs in those important overs,shook the confidentiality of team i fore seen,kumble's over in which surab tiwary went for more runs with FREE HIT was horrible to say, coming to batting department team made lot of shuffling in that semi final match, here team needs to be confident,like last 3-5 matches there should not be any change in team,team with 11 players who has plays in last 3-5 games has to play in semi's,here players become more focused on up coming matches,this will boost there level of confidence and it grows through full swing of success.the reason i say last 3-5 matches is because by this time team would have got right combination of players who are in form,so in semi's there should be no gambling in 11 players. the important thing to notice is in MUMBAI INDIAN team there weren't much international players,in batting department but they scored where has RCB has many more international experience players who were unable to play,or failed to dominate, which shows lack of confidence, overall team showed lot of support and lot of understanding,in the next match for 3rd position.i think team lacked or rather say they were tensed of hype of MUMBAI INDIANS created of there aggressiveness which even top teams to fail in crunch situations. PART B REVIEW it was rather say consolation game for team RCB it was easy for them because they came to know they have to win atleast this game for there capacity, here bowling department did very well,batting department did there job when required i say rather than concentrating on victories,team has to concentrate on negatives they SHOULD CONVERT WEAKNESS INTO STRENGTHS, To build stronger team which shouldnot lack intensity and commitment,which are basics instincts for performing. i also proud to say RCB bowler has been selected for Team India for worldcup,which good signal for team and state. i also say no team wishes to lose the game,every body loves to win,but they should prepare well to win thats the formula for success.
