Jaydev Unadkat

Jaydev Unadkat is a left arm fast bowler from Saurashtra, notable for his the ability to land the ball on the seam and trouble batsmen with bounce. Unadkat was picked up by KKR in the first season of IPL and though his appearances for them were limited, he received immense praise from bowling coach Wasim Akram.
Unadkat had a dream first class debut in England for India-A against West Indies-A taking a match winning 13 for 103 in June 2010. He made his Test debut for an injury depleted Indian side against South Africa in December 2010 at Centurion but was discarded after the return of the frontline bowlers.
He was impressive in Saurashtra’s march to their first Ranji final since 1937/38, drying up the runs to support the spinners.

RR won the toss and chose to bat and got a good start by their openers. After bowling an expensive first over Unadkat came back strongly to rattle their top order. He finished with match figures of 3-26, earning the Man of the Match award.
