India Emerging Players drew their three day game against Australian Institute of Sport that was played at Townsville in Queensland, Australia.
AIS were 328/8 in their second innings at stumps, trailing India's first innings lead by 1. AIS were bowled out for 205 in their first innings and India posted 534 in reply for a lead of 329.

India's massive first innings score included tons from Ajinkya Rahane, Ashok Menaria and Royal Challengers batsman Saurabh Tiwary (151 off 148 balls). Manoj Tiwary and Manish Pandey made 50s to support the centurions.
AIS skipper Ryan Carters was helped by his batsmen Glenn Maxwell and Tim Armstrong in batting the day out to save the match. Carters made 115, Maxwell 73 and Armstrong 75 as AIS reached 328 at the close of play.
For India, spinner Bharghav Bhatt and speedster Varun Aaron picked up 2 wickets each while Jaidev Unadkat, Umesh Yadav and Iqbal Abullah picked up one each.
Led by Shikhar Dhawan, the draw saw India end the tournament on top of the tables in the three day format after having topped it in the T20s that preceded it as well.
