Even if the police had found the explosives beforehand the matches would have been shifted. The media would have broadcasted it,and as a result it would have been shifted.

The guilty should be found and punished severely

It's a shame for us bangaloreans to see semis move out of our city. But we need to accept the fact that our Police failed to meet the expectations. Today in TOI I see our commissioner quote "We had taken over the stadium on Saturday morning and did a thorough security check inside to make sure nothing happens. But these blasts were outside the stadium " - Now what sort of a reason is this?

Anyways lets wish our team put up a better fight than the previous night against MI.

The Home Minister of Karnataka, Dr VS Acharya has said that police are investigating whether "betting lobby" is behind the blasts near Chinnaswamy cricket stadium, which led to the shifting of the venue of IPL semi-finals from Bangalore to Mumbai.

Shrinivas-Joshi1 on 19 Apr 2010, 09:42 AM
Well considering that it will give mumbai an unfair advantage cant we make an appeal????.....oh wait i totally forgot, the bangalore team sucks with pandey and kallis not performing with the bat, having no good wicketkeeper thanks to boucher not making the team and no fifth bowler of decent caliber, we should lose to mumbai even if we play in Timbuktu. And for the record im a huge fan of RCB, just that team mix is so terrible, we cant win even against punjab now!!!!
kitoo on 18 Apr 2010, 11:38 PM
Why only Mumbai? Why not any other city in India. Guys, its very simple. The underworld is playing a role in this IPL. They'll get benefits if matches are held in Mumbai. So, those assholes bombed Bangalore to pressurize Modi and get the semi's to Mumbai. Asshole Modi is playing as if he's innocent. By the end of the day, this is India, so corruption at its peak! Human values are thrown out of gear wherever money is involved. And our policeman still fight terrorists with a lathi!! Screw it!!
