The prize for winning the competition: Travel to South Africa with Team RC and cover each match the Team plays in the Airtel Champions League T20!!

Congratulations to the three Fanatic Fans!

The past two weeks saw frenzy actions with the application, voting, screening which eventually culminated in the final selection today. 21 finalists appearing in the final rounds today were split into three groups, based on their expertise and were given their respective jobs. The Bloggers were given the topics to pen down their words, the Photographers were given the happening spot in Bangalore – Brigade Road – to capture the emotions. The Podcasters were told to develop a podcast as a reporter of Fakingnews.com! Truly challenging, adventurous and innovative.

Bloggers had three topics to present on:

1. Leaving the IPL controversy behind
2. Focus on the clash of the champions
3. South African Masala

Disha Shetty revelled this time, having missed out on both the occasions in FFC 1 and 2. This time, Disha was focussed from the word go with her mind already in South Africa. It showed in her performance, which won her accolades from the Judges. Kudos to Disha.

Speaking about the judges, Rahul Dravid, Robin Uthappa and Sidhartha Mallya enthralled one and all, while interacting with each and every today. Truly, cricket is not only played on the field, but off it also. The judges showed us today why the game is still considered a gentleman’s game!

In the morning, the Photographers were taken out on the Brigade road in Bangalore and told to capture the onlookers and pedestrians' fun and spirit. Their challenge was to get them to let out the excitement of other RCB fans from the roadside and everywhere possible and to let it loose on the camera.

Dharma Chandru never missed the opportunity to click the right emotion and capture it in his camera and let his creativity flow infront of the Judges. We were sure Dharma took some fine tipping points from FFC 2 Chief Photographer Ashish, who was kind enough to address the August gathering before the competition started. Congrats to Dharma!
FFC 2 Chief Podcaster RadioSandeep inspired the gathering in the morning by advising them not to be nervous at all. That’s the mantra for success.

The Podcasters were asked to create a podcast as a reporter of Fakingnews.com on either:

1. Selling an RCB cricketer - about him, his history, his cricketing skills, his background, etc
2. A podcast to pitch in RCB as one of the teams for the English country cricket.

Sherrie, the only female Podcaster, took up the challenge and created a ear perfect Podcast which stumped the judges.

Off they go to South Africa.

Someone like me would have surely flunked in the auditions! I've forgotten the IPL controversy, haven't yet studied the CLT20 teams and know next to nothing about SA Masala!

Congrats to the winners!!
