Spin Legend Murali challenges Bangalore Corporate Cricketers
October 25, 2013--- IPL franchise, Royal Challengers Bangalore today announced an innovative twist to the RCB Corporate Cricket Championship. The coveted championship featuring leading corporate teams now will have a 12th man (super substitute) in the form of the legendary spinner and RCB Player Muttiah Muralitharan.
Muralitharan will be available as a special super substitute during the semi-finals and finals of the RCB Corporate Cricket Championship. As a super sub the teams can use him for one over in the match. Strategic use of this trump card can help a team win the match.
Murali said,“I am looking forward to playing my role in this championship and challenge the Bangalore corporate players to test the batting skills. It should be good fun and also help the standard of corporate cricket championships.”
