Ticket Refund Policy - 25th April RCB vs CSK
Customers holding a valid purchased ticket for RCB vs CSK Cricket match originally scheduled on 25th April 2012 at M. Chinnaswamy stadium, now stand abandoned, may avail of refund or exchange of match tickets as follows.
1) Those who wish to exchange their tickets can be availed for the match scheduled on 2nd May 2012 on surrender of original purchased tickets at KSCA Stadium Gate # 6. Exchange will commence on 28th April 2012 to 29th April 2012 timings 10.30AM to 6.30PM. Exchange of tickets subject to availability
2) Cash Refund will commence on Saturday 28th April 2012 to 29th April 2012 at KSCA Stadium (Gate # 5 / 10.30AM to 6.30PM) on surrender of original Purchased tickets.
3) Customers who wish to avail online refund need to courier their tickets to our office mentioning their order id to the attention of Mr. Srinivas, Ticketgenie India Pvt. Ltd., 215 Bellary Road, Palace Orchards, Bangalore – 560080. We will refund the same within 15 days of receipt of the ticket.
4) All High Value Tickets (P2 / J Corporate / P 4) will be refunded only through our office.

NO REFUND / EXCHANGE ARE APPLICABLE FOR TICKETS ISSUED AS COMPLIMENTARY INCLUDING M1 & M2 STANDS.
