Vinay to lead Karnataka in Hazare Trophy knock outs

Karnataka's selection committee appointed R Vinay Kumar as the captain for the knock out rounds of the Vijay Hazare Trophy in Bangalore on Thursday.

The team qualified for the QFs winning all five of their matches in the South Zone leg of the tournament. Vinay Kumar picked up 4/38 in his only match in the current tournament, in Karnataka’s 1 wicket win against Andhra at Margao.
