Ramya

Divya Spandana, popularly known by her screen name 'Ramya' is one of the most loved actresses in the South Indian film industry. Born in Bangalore, Ramya has studied at Hildas' in Ooty, Sacred Heart in Chennai and completed her graduation at St Josephs' college of commerce in Bangalore.

Some of Ramya's popular hits include Abhi , Excuse me, Akash, Arasu, Gowramma, Amruthadhare, Polladhavan, Varanam aayiram, Jothe jotheyalli and many more… She has acted in a short film on Aids for 'The Bill Gates foundation' on the behest of Richard Gere; this national award winning film is called Prarambha. Her movie - Varanam Aayiram bagged the national award this year. She herself has won 1 Filmfare award.

Recently, Ramya has been hooked onto cricket a lot. She is a diehard fan of Royal Challengers team and has been chosen as the Brand Ambassador of Royal Challengers. She looks forward to blogging on RC....

hellow everybody!!thank you for such an overwhelming response to my blog debut..i see 8 dislikes:o(

im chomping on sour strawberries as i write this..ive never had a “sweet” strawberry!!

anyway,here goes…

firstly,my apologies for not blogging yesterday.i was caught up at the official rcb shoot at ksca!whatte fun!the shirt is sexy and id say the best!the photoshoot was done by kumaran!amazing guy ,bundle of energy was so much fun to work with his team.his lighting is brilliant!the agency guys sandeep anshul and im sorry ive forgotten the names of the others but i KNOW YOU! young,energetic lots of creative juices flowing.one word T.A.L.E.N.T.E.D!!thank you so much for the encouragement. the pics have come out really hawt!cant wait for them to be released and get your responses to that!I didnt realize how tired i was until i got home!exhausted,i just sunk into my bed!

i have to,have to say kudos to dna for the casting coup!puneet and me after 3 years!it was nostalgic!its always a pleasure to work with puneet. his energy is so contagious,he just lightens up everyones vibe! dna is like family.my association with them began even before i started movies!sunil,was mentioning to me that rcb has 45,000 fans!!woohoo! im curious is rcb in all of the ipl teams with the highest number of fans??i hope so,if not lets do eit!!!!lets make it happen!

the rcb players-what dedication!!they were still practising at 10:45 when i left!!!wow!im super impressed!rcb was also planning to turn off the lights at the chinaswamy stadium when we were originally scheduled to play a match on march 27th!am i proud or what?im more than proud to be associated with a team thats namma karnataka and which is environment conscious!

so thank god!

my make up artist zara the most diligent hardworking makeup artist ever!shes fab with her work!my friends who came as part of my entourage!thank you!!my new assisstant shivu!!sigh!what would i do without you’ll?

gosh!this sounds like a vote of thanks!i should title this one “my vote of thanks”!ideally this shouldve been my last!!hahaha..its only my second!

HI Ramya…....... I am a die hard fan of RCB and you…......... with Kumble, Ray jennings startegies, dravid fine batting and with other performance on the field. RCB will have definately edge over all other teams. After you are a Brand ambassador of RCB. WE cheer from our bottom of heart. Both RCB and Ramya rocks…...................
