Anil Kumble and Russell Adams launched Greenaissance on World Environmental Day on Tuesday 5th June at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Every year the 5th of June is celebrated as the World Environment Day to raise awareness about the need for positive environmental action across the world, run by the United Nations Environment Programme.
