Virat Kohli is the only RCBian to feature in the 17-man squad as he looks set to continue his role as Vice-Captain of the team. Yuvraj Singh hasn't been considered for selection despite showing traces of form for RCB in IPL-7. Tearaway fast bowler Varun Aaron missed out on being selected too although he bowled consistently well for the Royal Challengers last season.

Take a look at the Indian squad below:

Finch was ably supported by Tendulkar and later on, Shivnarine Chanderpaul’s partnership with Finch ended ROW XI’s challenge.

The Eden Gardens has been the stronghold of the Kolkata Knight Riders for a long time. The pitch there is tailor made for the way they play the match. With no shortage of quality spinners in their lineup and a tinge of green, all the bowlers get an opportunity to have their say. Stroke making is good on the pitch once the batsmen get in with the grass holding a dry pitch together.

The pitch at the stadium in Hyderabad is batting friendly with even bounce. The flat track assists good shot making and playing through the line. The last time RCB played a match here, it ended in a Super Over. The team chasing has won in all 3 matches played at this ground in IPL 7; something that should make the decision to bowl first a no-brainer.

The business end of IPL 7 is here and as the table stands right now, there is just 1 spot for 3 teams to qualify for the playoffs. For RCB, the equation is pretty simple. Win 3 out of the next 3 matches and qualify for the playoffs leaving KKR and SRH - the other contenders behind. With matches against SRH, KKR and CSK yet to be played, RCB need every ounce of their talent and strength to pull through.
