As India gears up for an important tour to Bangladesh, ahead of India's series with the Bangladesh Tigers, there will be a two-match series where India A will be locking horns with the hosts. The tour party for the affair will be spearheaded by Bengal opener Abhimanyu Easwaran.

Other notable names in the series will include Umesh Yadav and Cheteshwar Pujara, with the latter being an elemental force in the Indian echelons as they take on their continental neighbours.

Apart from Yadav and Pujara, KS Bharat, who has been the understudy to Pant over the last couple of years behind the stumps, will also be linking up with India A for the second four-day game slated to be played from December 6th to 9th.

Kerala's Rohan Kunnummal bagged his maiden call-up to the India A side after an iconic overture to his first-class career where he smashed 4 centuries from just 9 first-class innings.

Talented opener Yashashvi Jaiswal will also be taking the mantle after a decent show with the bat in the domestic circuit. Jaiswal became the joint fastest cricketer to reach 1000 domestic runs as he achieved the feat in just 13 innings.

At the same time, Yash Dhull, the captain of the World Cup-winning Indian U-19 1 side, will have his first significant exposure in the senior Men's international arcade. Like Kunnummal, Yash Dhull also had a phenomenal season in the domestic circuit, smashing four centuries in the ongoing year.

Another youngster who will have a few eyes on him is Atit Sheth, who bagged 13 crucial wickets from just 3 Ranji Trophy matches in the ongoing season.

India will be playing three ODIs followed by two tests against Bangladesh, while the A-teams will be playing two four-day Tests against Bangladesh as a warm-up ahead of the series.
