Terms and Conditions

Personalized Products

  • Orders once successfully placed cannot be cancelled/returned.
  • You can input maximum of 6 letters (Uppercase) and 2 numeric characters.
  • You can input text in English only, other languages or special characters are not supported.
  • Your order will be rejected if it contains any of the following:
  • Potential trademark or other intellectual property rights violations
  • Profanity
  • Inappropriate slang
  • Insulting or discriminatory content
  • Content construed to incite violence

Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Cancellations for personalized products:

  • Personalized merchandize orders cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is confirmed.
  • Any changes to a personalized order after order placement will not be possible.

No Exchange policy

We do not allow an exchange of product. Only return is allowed on which you will be eligible for a refund of the entire amount basis the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria for return

Return initiation process

If you're not happy for any reason with your non-personalized product, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your order delivery date. Please note that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state. The merchandise must not show signs of wear/wash.

To initiate a returnplease write an email to customercarercb@puma.com in the following format:

  • Subject line: Sub order ID which you receive on hard copy of invoice
  • Attachments: 3 clear pictures of the product from different angles
  • Body of email must contain 3 sentences:
    • Order date
    • Name of the customer
    • Return reason (for example: Tight fitting)
    • Sub order ID (on invoice hard copy) in case of an order of multiple pieces

Once your email and pictures are verified by our customer support team, you will receive an email within 48 hours confirming acceptance or rejection of your return request. Your request will be accepted if the reason is genuine, the pictures show that the product is unused, all the tags are intact, and product is not broken or tampered with.

Cancellation initiation process

To initiate a cancellation, please write an email to customercarercb@puma.com in the following format:

  • Subject line: Order ID which you received on email (starting with letters ‘RCB’)
  • Body of email must contain:
    • Please cancel my order

Pick up details

Pickup of the item will be done in 4-5 days. Our logistics team will reach out to you on the mobile number used while making the purchase.

Returns pick up can only happen only at the address where the order was delivered.

Conditions for successful return processing

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned) and should not be broken or tampered with.

Please Note:

  • Any damage caused due to neglect; improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Products can only be returned if they are in an unused condition
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned) and should not be broken or tampered with.

Conditions for successful cancellation processing

In case of requests for order cancellations, Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been invoiced, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

Refunds

  • Once the product(s) reaches back to our warehouse and completes the quality check, refund(s) shall be initiated as per the below,
  • Refunds will be initiated in 48 hours and amount may take up to 5-15 working days depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.
  • Amount shall be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd and accept Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd decision regarding the cancellation.
