Credit goes to the bowlers – Rajat Patidar after RCB’s rollicking win against PBKS

RCB registered their fifth win of the season as they trampled all over Punjab in the latter’s backyard, thanks to an all-round showdown. The bowlers maintained their fine form on the road while the batters ensured that there was no slip up along the way in their chase of the 158-run target at Mullanpur.
Skipper Rajat Patidar credited the bowlers for keeping RCB’s victory march away from home alive while also giving a special mention to Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal's batting brilliance.
He said, "Credit goes to the bowlers. Dev and Kohli, the way they executed their plans. The bowlers chipped in at different stages, the way they executed their plans, it was beautiful. Had to bowl tight lines as the wicket was a little slow. That was the message to all the bowlers.”
He concluded by stating, “We had a chat last night about our fielding. Everyone put in their efforts and that was beautiful. I want to win a toss there (Chinnaswamy). We will try to play good cricket at our home ground, we will try to rectify our mistakes there.”
