We will bounce back in a good way – Jitesh Sharma on RCB’s defeat against SRH

RCB had a new captain in Jitesh Sharma as Rajat Patidar started as an Impact Player against SRH. Jitesh started off his stint with the bat through a magnificent upper cut for six and also struck a few boundaries, his knock being one of the highlights on a tough day for RCB as they fell short of 232-run chase.

Talking about the game at the post-match presentation, Jitesh Sharma said, “I think 20-30 runs were extra, I don't have any answers (how RCB lost from that situation.) We were rusty and I think intensity wasn't there, but it's good to lose this game.”

Highlighting what happened in the game and why this defeat might actually act as a blessing in disguise, Jitesh Sharma said, “I was upset because I got out, I wasn't in that zone to meet Tim David who was injured. I think losing this game was good, the positive things are that we are batting well. After this loss I think it's good to get this setback, we will bounce back in a good way in the upcoming games.”
